Hi kaushik, there are no colleges that provide admission to engineering for free. Colleges can provide scholarships based on your get score or 12th marks. For low fees you can go in government college of engineering in many places like chandrapur, aurangabad, jalgaon, karad etc. The cutoff for these colleges lie upwards of 130. Hope this helps
