Hello Yash,

The cut-off percentile for AIIMS is 99.99%. If you're competing for AIIMS, there is no such thing as minimum marks. The test consists of 200 Questions and you have to score 180+ to ensure a seat in AIIMS, Delhi or AIIMS, Jodhpur. You may aim for 170+, if you're interested in the other AIIMS institute elsewhere in India. For AIIMS, New Delhi, the cut-offs were as follows:-
  • For General Category, the last rank was 52 with a percentile score of 99.98%
  • For OBC Category, the last rank was 5,590 with a percentile score of 98.05%
  • For SC Category, the last rank was 1,143 with 99.60%
  • And for ST Category, the last rank was 4,478 with 98.44%
