Though it depends upon you that which college and which branch you want.
Because every college under jee mains and branch in that college have different cut off .
You can check last year's cut offs.
But according to analysis you should score 180+ marks to get admitted in top NIT s .
But you should try to score as more as you can because nothing can be predicted.
And to get in good position so that you have many options you should score 220+
So good luck.

The cutoff varies every year depending on the various factors like difficulty level of the exam, No. of candidates appeared etc. In order to get admission in top NITs try to score more than 250 in JEE Main Entrance Exam as a General category, NITs cutoff also varies Home state quota/ Other state quota.

Any particular college you wish to know about the cutoff.
