If you are aiming for BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) seats through NEET UG, under General category:

Minimum Score and the expected cutoff

  • Government College Admission (All India Quota + State Counselling)

    • Expected general category cutoff: 550–650 marks (AIR ~13,000–21,000)

    • To get into top government BAMS colleges like AIIMS Delhi or top state AYUSH institutes, aim for 600+ marks

  • Private College Admissions

    • Lower NEET scores are accepted: general category students with 400–500 marks may get into private BAMS colleges.

Fee structure

Government colleges

  • Annual fees are highly subsidized: roughly 20,000 to 80,000

  • Delhi government AYUSH colleges charge between 2,385–69,000 per year

Private Colleges

  • Average annual tuition fees: 1.5 lakh to 5 lakh.

  • Overall, BAMS fees range:
