So I personally do not think that there is anything that can be done because you have already given preference and you got accepted. Although you could check the seats available in your preferred college and appear  for another round of counselling. May be you could get admission but that is just my assumption. Still there no harm in trying but do remember if you get offered another seat then the seat in your previous round would be cancelled.
