Although I couldn't find any mock tests specifically for eflu exams,  there are sample papers available on aglasem which you can solve in a timebound manner just like you would do for mocktest.
Also there are general MCQ tests available on areas like English,  reasoning, general knowledge etc on successcds.  As these are topics which are tested in eflu,  you could go through them as well.
