First of all ISRO scientist/Engineer SC job is a central govt job not a public sector job like PSUs so here there is no CTC concept…

This salary for new joinee grade -SC SCIENTIST/ENGINEER(as per 7 CPC)

U will join in level-10 i.e. class A gazzeted officer… same as IAS IES IPS 5400 GRADE PAY

BUT HERE WORK IS TOTALLY TECHNICAL

Working days= Mon to Friday

Working hours= 9AM to 5 PM

NO PUBLIC DEALING

Basic 56100

DA CURRENTLY(12%)=6732… changes every six months… 2 to 5%( based on inflation)

HRA 24 % FOR X CLASS= 13400

TA= 7200 FOR X CLASS

12% DA also on TA=832

BONUS TOTAL 30% OF BASIC = .3x 56100 per month=total 2 lacs before taxes

Paid in every six months

Professional update allowances= 22500/annum

Deductions

NPS 10%of Basic+DA= 6230(govt will pay 14%)

Total 24% 15080 RS per month deposited in Nps account i.e. pension after retirement.
