Yes. The authority will go through each and every question you challenge for Assam CEE. If you think if any question has been marked wrong in the official answer key released by Assam CEE then you can challenge it. But before challenging any question do verify it properly and only then go for challenging the answer key. There are very cases where more than 10 questions have been marked wrong from the same section. So do verify it properly before proceeding.
