See, if you want to score good in jee mains ,then all the chapters are important for you ,don't depend on a few chapters only ,still i am suggesting you some most important ones that are here ,in physics ;- you can refer Ray and wave optics, atoms, nuclei , shm , motion etc .

For mathematics you just need to do 3-4 chapters with full preparation.maths is that subject in jee which boost your score . And also remember a thing is that competition increases in second attempt of jee ,so try your best in first attempt only.

In chemistry ,do physical and inorganic chemistry from ncert that will be sufficient . Even don't skip any line of ncert at any cost .
