Counselling Registration:

Counselling Registration for Bachelor of Engineering course in online mode. If you want to take part in MP Online Engineering Counselling 2019 you need to be get registered and after completing, the registration you must make a note of the 16 digit registration number.

Documents required:

• Marksheet of the qualifying exam
• Class 10 mark sheet
• Class 12 mark sheet
• Diploma Certificate
• MP Domicile Certificate
• Category Certificate
• Passport Size Photograph
• Email Address and Contact Number

Online e-verification of documents: The counseling board shall go through the details and documents, provided by you and generate a confirmation slip if every detail is found to true.  If you register online you will get your confirmation in online mode. Whereas if you will not receive the confirmation in online mode will be required to visit the help center to get their documents verified.

Note:

The BE admission will be denied in MP if any candidate found to be disclosing false/untrue details.

Preference/Choice Filling and Part Payment of Tuition Fee: then you will be asked to select their preferences, in terms of college and choice. The options to choose from will be mentioned over the your login portal. From there, you will be required to provide more than one preference. Up till this step, you will be able to edit all the details. So, you are advised to once go through the details, provided by you. And make the part payment off the tuition fee, in response to the preferences provided.

Online Allotment: A common merit list shall be prepared by Director of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh, on the basis of which your scores and choice filling preferences.

Note:

Such candidates shall be issued an allotment letter as per the rules of Rule and Raktagram Regulations. A separate list will be released for JEE Main qualified candidates and qualifying exam passed candidates. This merit list shall be released in the month of August. 2-3 days of the declaration of seat allotment, candidates will have to log in using their roll number/application number, date of birth, round number and password to download the allotment letter.

Documents Verification & Reporting and Admission in Allotted Institute:

This document verification round shall be conducted in the allotted college. The college authorities will go through the documents, one last time after the counseling board. Only after the verification is done, you will be finally allotted a seat finally, not on provisional grounds. You will be required to complete the admission formalities and pay off the requisite fee to BE admission.
