Well, yes the registration for Medhavi Chatra yojna has started from 1st July 2019 and is still active as of now.

If you have registered then it's pretty good and if not then you can do that now as well.

The application is for 2018-19 session and is open till 31st July and for 2019-20 session, the process will start soon.
