No Both MEC and MPC are diffrent to each other. mec will be easier when compared to mpc . MPC is best as you can even enter commerce courses like CA along with engineering and other bachelor degrees .. But if you once switch into MEC the way becomes narrow and you cannot go into engineering or other courses.
