Master of Philosophy or MPhil in clinical psychology is a two-year postgraduation course. This course generally has four semesters but can vary upon different institutes offering this course. Firstly, the most basic requirements to pursue MPhil in clinical psychology is to have a master's degree in clinical psychology.

MPhil eligibility criteria may be different for different colleges, but a minimum of 55% should be scored in any Master's degree to pursue MPhil course. Admission to MPhil usually takes place through merit or after qualifying entrance exams and personal interview rounds.
