I'm giving you link of official website of DUET where you can find M. Sc Chemistry syllabus. The entrance exam consists of syllabus of B. Sc Chemistry.

Candidates are required to have minimum 55 percentage in Bachelor's degree in Science from a recognised College or University to get admission through Entrance exam. For candidates taking admission through merit obtained in qualifying exam, need minimum 60 percentage in Bachelor's degree in Science from a recognised College or University.
