Hi Shailendra,

Isme tum kuch nahi kar sakte. Ye sab ek official process hota hai or agar tumhe Darbhanga mila hai matlab tumhare first preference ka sab seat full ho gaya hoga. So agar accept karna hai to yahi karna hoga.
