Mujhe 1st round me seat mill gai hai.. kya m second round counselling k liye bhi apply kar skti hu.. upsee me..

Sir 1st round me college mill gya hai.. float krungi to seat upgrade hogi.. lkin mujhe college re arrange karna hai.. qki mujhe ghar k pas ka college chaiye jo ki itna accha nahi hai.. sir re arrange collge kse kru?float krne p otion a jaega?? Ya dusri round ki counselling me registration hoga?

Choose the float option and pay seat confirmation seat that's it u willbe eligible for2nd round counselling.
