For government college, btech cse fees is about 50,000 to 2 lakh/year while for private it starts from 2 lakh and goes upto 10 lakh/year.

If you are looking for government colleges: NITs, IITs are the best government engineering colleges which charges around 50,000 to 2 lakh/year including hostels.
