If you are not getting your result online then it may be a technical glitch in the site itself. Please do try after some time as sometimes due to heavy traffic the sites crash and results usually do not show. This is applicable for cases where you are checking result just after it was released.

In case you are not getting your result after downloading it you can download it again from the main website.

Secondly if you are not able to find your result's physical copy then you must contact your college/school for the same as they may a issue a duplicate result after some formalities.
