MA is not an UG course it's a Post Graduate (P.G) course and if you have cleared your UG with minimum 50% you can persue MA from any Universities/College

Some Universities also conduct Entrance test also.

UG stands for undergraduation that can be done in courses like BA(Bachelors of Arts),B.Sc,B.Tech etcetera. It is generally 3 to 4 years programme that gives an undergraduate degree post which you can go for your masters depending upon the subject you wish to specialise in.
Master of Arts is a two year post graduate programme which can be studied in any subject of your choice. So be sure of your calling and take up the course that satiates your interest. You may go for History,Political Science,Sociology,English and the list is endless.
