If you are looking for admission in Bachelors degree courses (BA, BSc, BCom etc), you first have to fill an online pre-enrollment form. Filling the pre-enrollment form of Mumbai University is compulsory. During admission, the pre-enrollment form also has to be submitted. Along with that you also have to fill the form for the particular college you want admission in (get the prospectus and offline form if necessary). Eg: Colleges like  St Xavier's have an online application form but there are some colleges where you have to go and get the prospectus and offline form too.
