Mumbai University admission form is available offline.This offline admission form of Mumbai University will be available in colleges affiliated to it until second week of June 2019.Along with this form candidates also need to submit pre  admission enrollment form which is also available offline.To fill this enrollment form Students need to complete the registration(username and password through which one can complete the enrollment).
