If you are from general category As a basic condition, candidates appearing/ have passed class 12 with minimum 75% marks can appear for JEE Main 2019. So you are not eligible for counselling

For SC/ST/PWD candidates- 65% marks in aggregate.

If you are from other category comment your category because you are eligible for counselling,

To take admission in NITs you should have 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile for general category and 65% marks for SC/ST.
