Dear applicant, you do have good CGPA more than 8, though your 12th percentage is not that good, but your 10th percentage is good. So overall your possibilities of getting good job after B.Tech is moderately good. You can get good jobs in different Multinational Companies and Indian companies as well, so overall you can get jobs in your area of expertise where you completed your B.Tech degree.
