As per your score there are no chances that you may get seat in nit's on scholarship.

But u can get into nit in management quota.

Do prefer some other colleges with offer good course.and periodic academic plan to make your future.

Admission to NIT's are based on the score you achieve in your JEE mains, and based on your rank you get in the examination, you can get the NIT accordingly, You rewuire more than 75% in your 12th class if you are from general category and more than 65% in 12th if you belong to reserved classes.
