You have not mentioned about the stream you have taken in 12 . So please provide full details in questions so i can really help you .
Apart from that if you are student of biology you can prepare for neet or can do bsc with any subject of your liking.
Or if you are from maths background , jee is the best option or you can apply for different exams like Nda , Nift ,etc.
