Its quite tough to estimate from which counselling you are talking about, so we can't give you the exact data. In many institutes 50% seats are filled in first round only, and you will get proper chance to participate in next round of counselling.

There is no need to worry about you can participate in second round also and you will also get your preferred seat, if not try to participate in another round until you won't get your seat.
