My admit card is marked as provisional,am I eligible for exam?

Hello Sneha Chavan

It does not say it is a provisional admit card all it says that your candidature is subject to verification of documents and eligibility. It means everything is fine but you still have to show them original documents while taking admission . So, yes you will be eligible to sit in examination.
