Class 12 board exams have already commenced. You should have sorted this problem long back.

A candidate failed in Practical Exam also will receive admit card and can appear for Theory exam. Nevertheless, your result will be FAILED as it is mandatory to pass both theory and practicals.

In general cases, candidates do not fail in practicals. I suggest you contact higher-ups in your institution and get the problem resolved at the earliest.

If you feel there is some injustice happening with you, you can raise a complaint to CBSE via their portal or through E-mail or letter.
