My admit card was missed i knew only my hall ticket number how can i download counselling call letter?

Hey Rohiti ,
You can directly call the authorities of the college, they will always help you. You can find the contact details of any college on their college websites.
Or some colleges have a option of query section on their college website.so you can ask same question their and most probably they will reply you by next 24 hours.

U must contact the admission department of the respective college.  They will definitely help you but don't be late because college will not wait
