To be eligible for NEET, you should be 17 years atleast by December 31st of the year of admission. For example, if you want to appear for NEET 2020, you should be 17 years atleast by December 31st, 2020. And you will turn 17 in this July and so you are eligible for NEET.

Hi Sarika,

According to latest NEET Eligibility Criteria 2020:-

  • A Unreserved Category (UR)  candidate should be born on or before December 31, 2003.
  • A SC/ST/OBC Category candidate should be born on or before December 31, 2003.

As mentioned by you you are born on 3rd July, 2003 which is before December 31, 2003. So, you are eligible to apply for NEET 2020.
