According to eligibility criteria set up for exam by UPSC, a candidate needs to age between 16.5 to 19.5 years of age. In addition to this he/she must have completed senior secondary education or can be an appearing candidate. So following that you wouldn't not be eligible as you cross the required limit which is between 2nd July 2005 to 1st July 2008.

Eligibility criteria for NDA 2022 is following:

Candidates must have been completed their 12th standard from a recognized board with maths and physics.

Applicants must be born between July 2, 2003 to July 1 .

In other words candidates must be between age group of 16.5 years to 19.5 years.

So at now you meet eligibility criteria for age but you have not passed your 12th standard.  So unfortunately you are not eligibile for nda at now.

This is because,

To be eligible for nda -1,2024 examination , you should have born between 2nd July 2005 to 1st July , 2008 but you fail to fulfill this criteria with your mentioned date of birth
