Yes , you are eligible for neet 2020 examination as there's no age limit for neet 2020 examination so even if you are 22 years old you are eligible with your age.
Also students who have completed their class 12th from open boards are eligible for neet examination so you are eligible now that you have completed your 12th from open boards but yes you need to get at least 50 % aggregate in pcb in 12th class if you belong to general category or 40 % aggregate if you belong to obc , sc or st category .

see there is no upper age limit is applicable for appearing in neet ug exam. as for latest years notifications open school students who have biology as a subject in their 10+2 course are eligible to apply for neet ug exam. for more details follow the below mention link,
