Dear Gauri, if your final status of your Basic registration shows as 'Accepted' then you are good to go. The generation of code is for you to make a payment and seat matrix and select your exam city. The authorities have a right ti reject any application at any point in time, if it doesn't meet the guidelines. If it is accepted provisionally, please continue with code generation and the rest of the process. If they have any issues with the uploaded thumb image, they will notify you and you can proceed accordingly. But opening the code gemeration for your application shows that your application hasnt been rejected.
