Congratulations on doing so well in your exams. The cut-off for AIIMS UR category is 2340 hence you've made the cut. But this is the cut-off for the mock round.

The mock round (counseling) will be held on 20th June 2019. The candidates selected for counseling are four times than the seats hence further selection will be done in this mock round. For further information regarding the cut-off and the mock round please check out the link below:

According to 2018, the last rank at which the seat has been allocated(UR) was AIR 1353 for AIIMS Mangalagiri.
I am sorry to say that with your rank, you are very far from any seat in AIIMS.However, you could give a chance for mop up rounds.
