For general category no. For OBC category it is possible.

Last year cutoff rank was 1720 for general category. So, it won't be possible to get a seat at this rank if you belong to general category.

Hey.

If you Belong to the general category, then you do not seem to have any chances for admission in AIIMS. You would require a rank at least around 1500-1600 to secure a seat in any of the AIIlMs.
