Hello aspirant. Frst of all many many congratulations for your wonderful rank through general category.
Now, lets see your question.
As mentioned in your question above you have secured a rank of 38592, i am sorry to say at this rank it is not possible for you to get medical seat in MBBS.
However if you use state quota there are still chances for you to have but if you are shooting for government MBBS colleges then that is nearly not possible.
