Provisionally accepted means your application has not yet been verified with your documents and has no corrections as of now. Later after successful document verification your application status will change to accepted.

You did not mention any examination name though in any exam, 'Your application is provisionally accepted' means that your application has been accepted for the time being, but if the details do not match in the next stage, your candidature may be cancelled. You are provisionally eligible to take the entrance exam, but your final selection is based on your overall performance in all stages of the selection process as well as your eligibility criteria fulfilment. For all candidates who have successfully filed an application, the status is presented as 'provisionally accepted.'

So for now you need not worry but please check the status of application every time. If the status turns to rejected then you are not eligible to give examination.
