Your score is above average, and you can easily grab a seat in almost any NIT (except for NIT Trichy, Warangal and Surathkal).

Try to increase your score to 160 in the next attempt and you can have a shot at the top NITs too.

The exact prediction of the rank cannot be make at this moment because you rank is made by not only how much you scored in JEE mains. Actually the relative performance of all the students who appeared in JEE mains will be considered. Toughness of paper will play a major role in making rank of JEE. For 140 marks you can predict about 93 percentile.

As have not mention your category. But still there is a probability that you qualify JEE mains with these scores.but if you belong from general category OBC category so dear student the  probability of getting a good NIT it is very less.
