Hello Manoj.

As per the new guidelines, there is no age limit to pursue 3 year LLB course. Hence she will be eligible to pursue a 3 year Law course. Admission in various government and private colleges in Maharashtra is done through the entrance test MH CET LLB. But admission will be done in full time courses. The bar council of India does not recognise any correspondence degree in Law in order to mantain the standard of legal education. Hence it would hold no value. So you need to pursue a full time course only.

Best of luck
