I have generated code today and my basic registration is provisionally accepted. But i cantc proceed further. When will i able to make fee payment and complete final registration?

Hiiii

You need to wait till tomorrow and then try again. The final registration has not yet started and is delayed. It is expected to start by tonight or definitely by tomorrow. You must keep on visiting the site regularly and keep a check on all the updates and notices.
