Dear Vidhya, there have been reports of technical glitches that students have been facing. AIIMS hasnt released any official resoluton pertaining to this. Students who faved the same issues tried clearing the cache, browsing history, restarted their device and logged in again. It worked for few of them instantly and it worked for few students a while later. You may give it a try as well.
