Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) will conduct the IPU CET exam except for B.Tech for admissions to various courses offered by the colleges affiliated to it.

The admissions to B.Tech courses will be done on the basis of the JEE Mains scores and the B.Tech candidates will have to register for the counselling. For other courses, candidates will have to appear for the IPU CET exam and admissions will be on the basis of the ranks obtained.

As for your question, I am sorry to say but with the rank that you have secured, the chances for admissions is very less.
