Hello aspirant , 2202 is your category rank or all over rank . Please mention it clearly. If it is all state rank then you have chances , but of it is your category tank then chances are quite slim. You might get core branches in fee colleges. BCE Bhagalpur and MIT Muzaffarpur are hard to get.
