It is very disheartening on my part to say that with this rank you may be ineligible for any colleges in BCECE. However, you must understand that their is an option known as management Quota which may be beneficial in this case. 

Contact your college authority who may guide you for the same or you can take admission in some B.Pharm courses in BCECE which may be beneficial if it suits your needs.
