As we are discussing about IPCW which stands for Indraprastha college for women and comes under Delhi university ,I won't be wrong if I say it's one of the prestigious college of du as far as admission is concerned ,as 2019 1st cut off of Delhi university is expected to be declared on 19th June 2019(which is not yet declared) but from last year's cutoff you can get proper idea

As your best of four marks 94.5% which is quite good and you can expect your admission in IPCW 

Because  last year 5th cutoff for admission in BA English in IPCW  was 91% for unreserved category 

So hopefully you will get the admission
