Very sorry to say but due to your low boards percentage you can't get admission in engineering course. This is because the minimum requirement of most colleges is above 50% marks in boards. If one belongs to SC/ST then it reduces to 45% but in your case its too less. I suggest you to apply for improvement exams if possible and then next year take admission. There is no use of taking admission in lower category colleges by giving donation amounts.
