• hello, you are  not eligible as per upsc guidelines you need to be Minimum Age Limit for UPSC  21 years old.
• A candidate should be a minimum of 21 years and maximum 32 years old as on August 01.i.e you should have completed 21 years of age before August.
• You will be eligible to give your first attempt in UPSC CSE in 2024

So , keep up preparation and plan very well for this exam.
