But if your brother thinks that he got less marks than expected then he can surely apply for re- evaluation.

CBSE result has been declared today, so evaluation forms are not out yet.

First of all congratulations your brother has performed really well. I know it must be a little disappointing for him if he wanted marks above 90. He can apply for re- evaluation but he should keep in his mind that there is chance that his percentage might decrease.
