Yes, Your brother can get in an IIT, But not in the top IITs but in lower ranked IITs like IIT - Goa, IIT - Jammu. for the precise result and exact college you can wait for the official counsling for IITs and NITs. Some of the Colleges which have high chances to get the favorable cutoff are -
