First of all you should go to the app of download  PDF files. Open the the Android app driver by sweeping at the bottom of the screen of your mobile.

Look for the My files or file Manager icon and tap it

Inside the My file apps tap download.

Otherwise you just can see your download list in browser check the name and search for it on your phone
